  • 0.5 l of milk
  • 150 ml of pure water
  • 4 tbsp. semolina
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tbsp. sugar

Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Pour milk and water into the cup of the multivarka. Set the steam cooking mode to steam and bring the mixture to a boil (you can do it in any convenient mode for you). In a small container, combine semolina with sugar and skip the mixture through the sieve.
  2. Pour a dry mixture into the milk, stirring, with a thin trickle. Boil semolina in the same mode for 2-3 minutes and turn off the multivark. Continue to cook the semolina in the multivark for about 10 minutes in the Heated mode.
  3. Transfer the porridge from the multivariate to the plates and add a slice of butter. Serve semolina porridge hot. Bon appetit!
