- 0.6 l of water
- 3,5 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 2-4 tablespoons sugar (to taste)
- 1 tsp. soluble coffee
- half a hour. cinnamon
Recipe for cooking at home
- Pour water into a saucepan and put on fire. Bring to a boil and pour in the sugar, cook for about half a minute on low heat, stirring. Pour cocoa powder into the resulting sweet water and mix thoroughly until it dissolves.
- Add cinnamon, instant coffee and stir again until dissolved. Remove the saucepan from the heat and leave to cool for about half an hour. Pour the resulting mass into pieces and send it to the freezer for a minimum of 3 hours. Every half an hour, stir lean chocolate ice cream so that it does not crystallize.
- When serving, decorate lean ice cream with pieces of dark chocolate, fruits or nuts. Bon appetit!
