  • 3 cups of flour
  • 2-2.5 cups of sugar
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 0.5 cups of cocoa
  • 5-6 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1,5 tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 cups of cold water
  • pinch of vanillin

Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C. Baking pastry with baking paper.
  2. In a bowl, sift flour, sugar, soda, salt, cocoa, vanillin and mix. Make two grooves on each side – in one pour the vegetable oil, and in another vinegar. Pour cold water and mix a homogeneous dough. Pour it into the prepared form and put it on for 30-40 minutes (after that periodically pierce the pie with a toothpick, if it is completely dry – take out the cake).
  3. Put the cake on the dish. Decorate with either melted bitter chocolate, or powdered sugar with cocoa powder.
