Ingredients

  • 50 pcs of medium pepper
  • 2 liters of tomato juice (or 2 kg of tomato)
  • 400 g of sunflower oil
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 1,5 tbsp. salt
  • 50 g of vinegar
  • 2 bay leaves
  • several peas of sweet pepper

Recipe for cooking at home

  1. In a large pot, pour the tomato juice (if you cook it yourself, then scroll 2 kg of tomato through a meat grinder), put on fire. Mix the butter, sugar, salt and vinegar to the tomato juice. Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce heat and cook for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, pepper is washed, peeled from the entrails and cut into small pieces. Two minutes before the pepper add to the sauce bay leaf and sweet pepper. Pour chopped Bulgarian pepper and cook for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Banks sterilize in a convenient way to you (in the oven or a couple), pour them lecho and roll.
