- Seabuckthorn, clean, rinse and put into a saucepan. Put the pan on the fire and bring the berries to a boil, stirring occasionally (no need to add water). After boiling, reduce the heat to the weakest and quickly wipe the berries.
- On the clean pan, fix the colander, put in it 2 ladles of boiled sea-buckthorn and squeeze the pulp with the juice into the pan. Thus, grind all the sea-buckthorn.
- Add the sugar to the pressed mass and mix thoroughly until it dissolves completely. Leave the jelly from the sea-buckthorn to freeze overnight at room temperature.
