Recipe for cooking at home
- Tangerines peel and bones, cut slices in small pieces and put them in a bowl. Lemon pre-put for 5-10 minutes in hot water, then take it out and wipe it dry. Remove the peel, remove the bones and cut the flesh of the lemon in small pieces, add to the crushed tangerines.
- Grind the tangerines with lemon to a homogeneous consistency with a blender or meat grinder, pour the fruit puree into a saucepan and put on Fire. Add sugar to the mandarin puree and, as often as possible stirring, bring the mass to a boil.
- Cook jam from the tangerines on low heat with a gentle boil for half an hour, stirring. In the meantime, sterilize the jars and boil the lids for 10 minutes. To spread the jam from the tangerines to the banks, tightly roll them with lids and turn them upside down, wrap them in a towel.
- After complete cooling, send the cans to storage in a dark cool place. It is stored tangerine jam about a year, along with the rest of the blanks for the winter.
