Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Honeysuckle to sort, add to a colander and rinse thoroughly under a stream of cool water. Allow the water to drain completely, and dry the berries.
  2. Pour water into the pan, add sugar and put on fire. Stirring, bring the syrup to a boil and boil for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add pure berries to the boiling syrup and boil for 5 minutes with a gentle boil. Remove the saucepan from the heat, cover and let it cool down. & Pour the compote from the honeysuckle into the bottle, filtering it through a sieve and sending it to the refrigerator for cooling. Serve the drink to the table chilled.
