Prepare a dried chicken breast at home.

- 1 large chicken breast (about 900 grams)
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 1 , 5 tbsp. salt
- half-st. l. ground paprika
- 2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. red ground pepper
Recipe for cooking at home
- Mix all dry ingredients in a separate container. Chicken breast thoroughly rinse and dry. Roll in a dry mixture, fold in a container, seal the bowl with food film from the top. Put in the refrigerator for a day.
- After 24 hours, remove the bowl with the breasts from the refrigerator, thoroughly wash and dry the meat. Garlic crush in garlic crock, mix with a teaspoon of black pepper and rub this mixture of breast. Roll up the breasts in a thin towel, gauze (several layers) or loose fabric. Put in the refrigerator for a day.
- Remove the dried breast from the refrigerator, cut into small pieces and serve.
