Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a separate container. Chicken breast thoroughly rinse and dry. Roll in a dry mixture, fold in a container, seal the bowl with food film from the top. Put in the refrigerator for a day.
  2. After 24 hours, remove the bowl with the breasts from the refrigerator, thoroughly wash and dry the meat. Garlic crush in garlic crock, mix with a teaspoon of black pepper and rub this mixture of breast. Roll up the breasts in a thin towel, gauze (several layers) or loose fabric. Put in the refrigerator for a day.
  3. Remove the dried breast from the refrigerator, cut into small pieces and serve.
