Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Place the almond in a small container and pour boiling water, leave for 10 minutes. Let the specified time drain the water and clean the almonds from the husks. Oven razegrt to 180C, baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour out the dry almonds on a baking tray, rip it off and send it to a preheated oven.
  2. Toast the almonds for the grill for about 15 minutes at the specified temperature. After about 7-10 minutes after baking starts, take out the baking tray and shake it to make the nuts turn over, bake for another 5-7 minutes. Take out the nuts and chop them in any way (you can knife, in a combine or blender), you should get a large crumb or small pieces. If almond flour was formed during the grinding process, weed it out by throwing nuts on a strainer. In a small saucepan, mix the water with sugar and put it on the fire. After boiling, remove the foam and reduce the fire a little. Cook the caramel, stirring, about 5 minutes. Then pour the lemon juice and stir.
  3. After this, you need to cook the caramel for the grillage about 5-10 minutes until cooked. Willingness to check this way: on the ice to drop a little caramel (pan until removed from the fire), it should crunch when cooled, but do not stick to the teeth.
  4. While the caramel is being cooked, it is necessary to heat the nuts in the microwave (2 minutes) or in the oven at 140 / 160C (8-10 minutes). Pour hot nuts into the prepared caramel and stir it up quickly, carefully.
  5. Cover a tray, a tray or a flat dish with parchment paper and grease it with a small amount of vegetable oil. Lay the walnut mass on the baking sheet and smooth the surface. Allow the grillage to freeze completely, you can put it in a cool place for a faster hardening.
  6. The home grill is ready, you can break it into pieces and use it in baking and desserts. You can serve as a separate dessert for tea or coffee. Bon appetit!
