  • 200 ml of vinegar 9%
  • 200 ml of vegetable oil
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1-2 carrots
  • 1,5 tsp sugar
  • a small bunch of green
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • salt and red ground pepper to taste

Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Wash the pike, separate the pieces of fillet from the bones and skin, cut into slices with a knife. Mix fish with vinegar, sugar and half a tsp. salt, leave for at least an hour.
  2. By then, peel the carrot and grate it in Korean or on a large grater. Garlic clean and cut as small as possible. Wash the cucumber and cut into small strips. Mix the pike (marinade drain) with carrots, cucumbers, garlic in one bowl. Vegetable oil is heated in a frying pan or saucepan and poured in a thin trickle to the fish, stirring it with a spoon. Add salt, pepper and spices to taste, pour in shredded greens, mix thoroughly and steam hours in the refrigerator. Serve the he from the pike to the table in a chilled form. Bon appetit!
