  • half a cup of rice
  • half a glass of walnuts
  • 4 -5 garlic cloves
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 0.5 tsp hops-sunels
  • 1/4 tsp red ground pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • parsley root
  • 5 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • several peppercorns
  • several basil leaves
  • a small bunch of parsley

Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Boil the potatoes in the uniform for about 10-15 minutes, drain the water, clean and cut into small cubes. Onion peeled, chopped, peeled and grated carrots. Garlic crush or crush garlic. Parsley wash and chop, nuts chopped in a blender or manually.
  2. Pour lean oil into a thick-walled pastry, fry tomato paste on it for 5 minutes, pour onion and garlic, fry about 3 minutes. Stir in all the spices, carrots and chopped nuts. Cook another 5 minutes.
  3. Separately boil 2 liters of water and pour the contents of the pan. Add rice, cook for about 20 minutes. When the rice is ready, add the potatoes and cook on low heat for another 10 minutes. Remove from heat, mix with garlic, cover and let stand for 20 minutes. Served portioned, decorated with greens.
