Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Wash the chicken thoroughly and dry it. Garlic crush in garlic crock, mix with mustard and grate chicken with this mixture, sprinkle it with Provencal herbs.
  2. In a half-liter jar pour 300 ml of water, put there bay leaf, pea pepper. Put the chicken and jar with water for several hours in the refrigerator (or better at night).
  3. The oven starts warming up to 180C. Put a bowl of water on a baking tray, put a bowl in a bowl (the water in the bowl should not go above the half of the jar).
  4. Put the grilled chicken on the jar (if the chicken does not stick on the bank, tie the legs with a thread) and send it to an almost heated oven. Bake for about an hour and a half (the time depends on the oven).
  5. When the grilled chicken is almost ready, remove the baking tray. Coat the surface of the chicken with an even layer of sour cream and send it for another 10 minutes.
  6. Take out the baking tray, remove the grilled chicken from the can, put it on the dish and serve.
