Delicious and fragrant grilling cake. Such a dessert will taste even a real gourmet. And everyone can prepare a cake with a grill if one follows a step-by-step recipe.

Honey dough for a grilling cake:
- 500-600 gr of flour
- 170-200 gr of butter
- 150g honey
- 150g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. soda (without slides)
- 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar (can be replaced by the usual one)
Grilling filling for cake:
- 400 g butter
- 200-230 gr walnuts
- 5 tbsp. honey
- 5 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 4-5 tablespoons sugar
Recipe for cooking at home
- Start with making a honey dough for a cake. In a small container, add the honey and put it on a water bath. Stirring, bring it to a liquid state (but in no case to boil!). Remove the container from the water bath and leave to cool.
- Put the butter in a bowl and put it on a water bath. Heat the oil, stirring occasionally, until it dissolves, but do not bring to a boil. Remove from heat and leave to cool.
- Eggs to drive into a separate bowl and start whipping with a mixer, gradually pouring sugar. Beat another 3-4 minutes until fluffy. Then, without stopping whisking, pour in a thin trickle of liquid honey.
- Whisk another minute and pour in the oil (with a thin trickle), without stopping to whisk everything with a mixer. Continue to mix still a minute. In the egg mixture, sift through a sieve 500 gr of flour and mix well.
- If necessary, sift more flour and stir after each time. Honey dough for grilling cake should not stick to hands. Soda to extinguish with vinegar and dab in the dough.
- Then divide it into 6 equal parts, from each roll the ball and put everything on the flour-poured table. Oven to warm up to 180C, baking dish with margarine and sprinkle with flour.
- A ball of dough a little roll out on the surface, sprinkled with flour, into a flat cake and put in a greased form. Dispense the dough all over the bottom of the mold, pierce it in several places with a fork (not often) and send it to a preheated oven.
- Bake a honey cake for a cake about 15 minutes until golden. Remove the shape, gently move the cake to a flat dish. In the form put the next rolled cake, disband it all over the bottom, prick with a fork and send it to the oven.
- Bake the biscuit for about 10-15 minutes until ready, put on the first cake and leave to cool. So, bake 4 more cakes. Nuts peeled and chopped into small pieces, lightly fried in a dry frying pan.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter and pour nuts to it, stir. Add sugar, honey and cocoa powder, mix thoroughly. Gently bring the grillage to a boil and continue cooking on a small fire for about 5 minutes, stirring. Remove the saucepan from the fire and leave to cool for only a minute.
- Put the first cake on a flat flat dish, grease it with a uniform layer of the filling filling (still hot). Top with a second cake, cover it with a grill. So, fold the whole cake, cover it with the remaining grill.
- Leave the grilling cake for impregnation for 5 hours in a cool place. It is better to leave it for the night. After the specified time, you can decorate the cake to your taste, cut into small portions and serve to the table. Especially delicious with freshly brewed coffee. Bon appetit!
