  • 5 tomatoes
  • 4 cucumber
  • 200 gr brynza
  • 150 g olives
  • 1 large Bulgarian pepper
  • a bunch of green salad
  • half-bulbs (preferably purple)
  • olive oil - to taste
  • salt, black pepper to taste

Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Rinse all vegetables thoroughly, peel the Bulgarian pepper from seeds, peel the bulb from the husk and cut it in half. Cucumbers cut along into two parts, each cut into pieces around & nbsp; 0,7 cm thick.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into large cubes, cut the Bulgarian pepper into strips. Brynza cut into cubes of medium size. Green salad rinse and rip your hands into large pieces, cut olives in circles. Combine cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, olives in a bowl, season with olive oil, add salt and pepper to taste, mix. Cover the salad bowl with lettuce leaves, and lay a vegetable salad on top.
  3. Decorate the Greek salad with cheese, sprinkle with olive oil and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper. Bon appetit!
