  • 15-20 pcs of pelmeni (home or semi-finished products) 120 ml of pure water or broth
  • 1 bay leaf
  • salt, pepper to taste

Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Fry the frying pan 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, put on a stove (flame a little less strong) and lay out frozen dumplings. Salt and pepper them to taste, sprinkle with spices and fry for about a minute.
  2. When semifinished products blush from the bottom, turn them over, sprinkle salt with pepper and spices, fry until red on the other side. Then increase the fire to the maximum, pour in about 120 ml of water, add the bay leaf and cover the pan with a lid.
  3. Cook the dumplings in a frying pan under the lid, occasionally stirring with a spatula, until the water evaporates completely. Remove the frying pan from the fire, shift the fried dumplings to a dish and serve hot, with any sauce or spices to your taste. Bon appetit!
