- 1 kg of squid
- 2 bulbs
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 tsp. sugar
- salt, pepper to taste
Recipe for cooking at home
- Squids beforehand completely unfrozen, washed and cleaned of film and cartilaginous plate. Dip squid carcasses into boiling salted water and cook for about 1 minute after boiling. Drain the boiling water and let the squid cool.
- Cut the onions into half rings, cut the garlic as small as possible with a knife. Squids cut into strips or semirings. In a frying pan, heat 2-3 tablespoons. of vegetable oil, put onions there and fry it for about 3-5 minutes on a small fire until golden. Add the squid in a frying pan and cook over medium heat, stirring, about a minute. Add soy sauce, sugar, black ground pepper, salt (if necessary) to taste.
- Increase the fire and fry the squid on high heat for 1 minute, stirring continuously with a spatula. Add garlic, stir and remove from heat. Cover the frying pan with a lid and leave to stand under the lid for a few minutes.
- Serve fried squid with onions to the table, both warm and chilled. Bon appetit!
