  • 1 kg of squid
  • 2 bulbs
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • salt, pepper to taste

Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Squids beforehand completely unfrozen, washed and cleaned of film and cartilaginous plate. Dip squid carcasses into boiling salted water and cook for about 1 minute after boiling. Drain the boiling water and let the squid cool.
  2. Cut the onions into half rings, cut the garlic as small as possible with a knife. Squids cut into strips or semirings. In a frying pan, heat 2-3 tablespoons. of vegetable oil, put onions there and fry it for about 3-5 minutes on a small fire until golden. Add the squid in a frying pan and cook over medium heat, stirring, about a minute. Add soy sauce, sugar, black ground pepper, salt (if necessary) to taste.
  3. Increase the fire and fry the squid on high heat for 1 minute, stirring continuously with a spatula. Add garlic, stir and remove from heat. Cover the frying pan with a lid and leave to stand under the lid for a few minutes.
  4. Serve fried squid with onions to the table, both warm and chilled. Bon appetit!
