Ingredients

  • 400 grams of fresh squash (you can replace the zucchini)
  • 2 cucumber
  • 75 ml cream 10 %
  • several branches of green onions
  • several branches of dill and parsley
  • 1-2 items .l. apple or wine vinegar (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • salt, pepper to taste

Recipe for cooking at home

  1. If you are using for the preparation of young zucchini or zucchini – they can not be peeled, but only thoroughly washed. old zucchini need to be cleaned from a hard skin. Cucumbers are washed and dried.
  2. Cut fresh squash together with cucumbers in thin strips with a vegetable or special grater. Fill the squash with cucumber in a bowl, add a little salt and mix, leave for a couple of minutes. Dill with parsley rinse, dry and finely chop, grind with salt (about 2/3 h .l.). Pour vinegar, vegetable oil and grind again. Pour into the resulting mass of cream, add black ground pepper to taste and grind again. Leave sauce for salad for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Drain the squash from the squash and cucumber, combine the vegetables with the creamy dressing and mix thoroughly. Wash the green onions, dry and chop, decorate the salad with them. Serving a salad of fresh zucchini to the table can be done immediately cooking . Bon appetit!
