- 8 medium-sized potatoes (about 1 kg)
- 500 gr of meat (ideal for low-fat pork)
- 2 medium bulbs
- 100 gr of hard cheese
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

Recipe for cooking at home
- The meat is washed, drained and cut into small pieces. lightly beat off it, rub it with salt and pepper and leave for 10 minutes. Peel onion and cut into thin rings. Peel the potatoes and cut them in circles about 3-5 mm thick.
- Cheese grate on a large grater. Potato slices should be soaked with napkins or a paper towel from moisture dehumidifiers. In a bowl, combine the potatoes, onion rings, mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste. Thoroughly mix everything and leave “marinated” for 5-10 minutes.
- Heat the oven to 180 / 200C, bake a baking sheet or baking sheet with parchment paper (you can simply oil it). Lay the meat on a baking sheet / on a baking sheet, cover it with a mixture of potatoes with onions and mayonnaise.
- Sprinkle the whole dish with half the cheese and send it to a preheated oven. After about half an hour take out the dish and sprinkle a layer of potatoes with the remaining cheese.
- French fries are cooked with meat in the oven for about 50-55 minutes. That is, take out the form in 20-25 minutes after sprinkling the remaining cheese. Wash the parsley greens and dry, finely chop, sprinkle a layer of cheese.
