Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Fish to rinse, gut, separate ridges, heads and tails, put them in a saucepan. Pour 2.5-3 liters of water and put on fire. Cook over moderate heat for 25 minutes, periodically remove the foam formed from above. Prepare the broth in a separate saucepan and put it on the fire again.
  2. Cut the fish fillets in small pieces. Peel potatoes, cut into small pieces and put together with fish in boiling broth. Onions and carrots cleaned, chopped. In a frying pan, heat a small amount of vegetable oil and fry the onions with carrots until golden brown, add to the ear 20 minutes after the potatoes.
  3. Salt, pepper to taste, add spices. After 3-5 minutes remove from heat, cover and let stand for 7-10 minutes. Wash the greens and chop. Pour the soup over the plates and serve, decorated with fresh greens.
