  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons semolina (or oat bran)
  • 2 tbsp. sugar (or sweetener to taste)
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • half a hour. salts

Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Cottage cheese must be wiped through a sieve or as best as possible with a fork. It is better to beat the cottage cheese with a blender afterwards so that it becomes pasty. The egg is shaken in a separate bowl with a fork, add salt, sugar, shake again and pour the egg mass into the curd. Mix with spatula until uniform.
  2. Pour on the mango to the curds, mix and leave for 15-20 minutes to make the croup swelled.
  3. After that, form small washers from the curd mass, roll them from all sides in flour and put them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake for about 10 minutes in the oven, preheated to 200C.
  4. You can serve dietary syrniki with low-fat sour cream, yoghurt-for a savory variant.
