- 250 gr low fat curd (preferably pasty)
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons semolina (or oat bran)
- 2 tbsp. sugar (or sweetener to taste)
- 2 tbsp. flour

Recipe for cooking at home
Cottage cheese must be wiped through a sieve or as best as possible with a fork. It is better to beat the cottage cheese with a blender afterwards so that it becomes pasty. The egg is shaken in a separate bowl with a fork, add salt, sugar, shake again and pour the egg mass into the curd. Mix with spatula until uniform.
