Recipe for cooking at home
Combine yoghurt or sour cream with lemon juice and mustard in a blender, beat until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. For this purpose, you can use a mixer or a common halo. Add the salt, black or white ground pepper, paprika or other spices to taste in dietetic mayonnaise and mix thoroughly. Wash greens, thoroughly dry and chop with a sharp knife, add to the sauce and mix.
