Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Combine the boiled condensed milk with half the milk and beat it with a mixer or blender until smooth. Instant coffee pour 150 ml of hot water and stir. Leave the coffee to cool for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Pour the remaining milk into the pan and put it on the fire. Add the mixture of condensed milk and milk, stir. Stirring, bring the milk mixture to a boil. After boiling, turn down the fire and pour in a thin trickle of manga, stirring constantly the milk with condensed milk.
  3. Cook semolina about 1-1.5 minutes with a weak boil. Remove the saucepan from the heat, add butter and mix well. Leave the porridge to cool for a couple of minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, peel the walnuts and cut them into small pieces. Fry the nuts in a dry frying pan until a pleasant aroma appears. Combine the crushed nuts with dessert from the semolina, mix.
  5. The bottom and sides of a rectangular / square shape are covered with foil. Put half the dessert out of the manga into the mold and distribute it evenly throughout the bottom. Cover the semolina with a layer of cookies, and each biscuit should be lowered for a second into a slightly warm coffee.
  6. Cover the remaining semolina, put the cookies (also moisten it with coffee). Send the form to the fridge. Dessert from manga should be infused in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours for thickening.
  7. After the specified time, you can prepare the chocolate icing for dessert from a manga . Chocolate to break into small pieces and put in a small bowl. Add the butter and milk and place the container in a water bath.
  8. Heat the chocolate mass, stirring, until all the ingredients have dissolved completely. Remove the bowl from the water bath, add sugar and stir until it is completely dissolved. Remove the pudding from the refrigerator.
  9. Carefully turn the contents of the dish into a dish and cover with warm chocolate glaze. Send semolina dessert for another half an hour in the fridge to solidify the glaze. Take out the ready-made dessert from the manga, cut into small pieces and serve it to the table. Bon appetit!
