- 400 ml of milk
- 100 g of oat flakes (about a glass) 1 large apple
- 50 g of butter
- 1-2 tablespoons sugar (preferably brown)
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- half a hour. ground cinnamon
- a pinch of salt
Recipe for cooking at home
- Pour the oatmeal into a small saucepan, add milk and put on fire. Immediately after boiling, reduce heat, add salt, sugar, cinnamon and mix thoroughly. Boil the oatmeal on a small fire, stirring, about 2-3 minutes.
- Heat the oven to 180C, wash the apple thoroughly and cut into two parts. Peel it from the seeds and cut the pulp along with the rind in small cubes. Melt butter and let cool.
- Put the apples on a baking tray or baking dish, pour with melted butter, sprinkle with sugar and mix. Bake apples for about 7-8 minutes at the specified temperature until redness.
- Spread the oatmeal in the plate molds or one baking dish. Take out the baking sheet / mold with apples, mix them with lemon juice and cover with a layer of porridge, at will – sprinkle a little sugar on top.
- Bake the oatmeal 5 more minutes at the same temperature (preferably under the grill). Remove the form from the oven and allow to cool for a couple of minutes. Delicious oatmeal is ready, you can serve it for breakfast or as a useful dessert . Bon appetit!
