  • 0.5 kg of chicken fillet
  • 2 onions
  • 150 grams of smoked sausage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2-3 garlic cloves

  • salt, pepper, spices to taste

Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Chicken and turkey fillet to pass through a meat grinder along with chopped onions, herbs and garlic. Grate the cheese, add the minced meat along with the egg and mix. Salt, pepper, add dried basil (optional).
  2. Heat 2 tbsp in a frying pan. vegetable oil. From the stuffing to form small cutlets and fry until a ruddy crust for several minutes on each side. Put the cutlets from the turkey into a dish and serve with sauce or garnish. Bon appetit!
