Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Curd the cottage cheese thoroughly with sugar powder. Dried fruits pour a small amount of hot water, give them a swell for 10 minutes. Swollen dried fruit cut into small pieces.
  2. Put a food film on the sushi mat, cover it with an even layer of coconut shavings. On top of the coconut chips lay the cottage cheese and smooth the surface.
  3. In the middle lay along a thin strip of dried fruits. Tightly roll the curd roll with food film. Put in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes before freezing.
  4. Remove the curd roll from the refrigerator, cut into small pieces. To do this, you need a sharp, water-soaked knife. Finished curd rolls decorate to your taste and serve.
