Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Curd is desirable to use a soft, pasty. Wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve, add sugar with vanilla sugar, eggs, pour in the milk and whip everything with a mixer until smooth.
  2. Continue to beat the curd cream, pour in a spoonful of vegetable oil. Add the zest and mix. Mix flour with a baking powder and sift through a sieve. Mix the flour mixture with cottage cheese and knead the dough.
  3. Cover the curd dough with a slightly damp towel or film and leave to stand for half an hour at room temperature. Then remove the towel / film and roll it out on a table sprinkled with flour in a layer about 1 cm thick. Cut the pastry of any shape with special molds from the rolled dough and place it on a baking sheet. Lubricate the surface of the pastry with melted butter and send the baking tray to a preheated oven up to 180 C.
  4. Bake the curd cookies in vegetable oil for about 10-15 minutes until lightly bruised. Remove the baking tray from the oven and leave the products to cool. Serve to the table cooled. Have a nice tea!
