Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Lubricate the cupcake form with butter and sprinkle with flour or cover with parchment paper, grease it with vegetable oil (you can lubricate the silicone mold). Oven to warm up to 180C. Flour sift through a sieve with salt and vanillin through a sieve and stir.
  2. Eggs should be hammered into a bowl and beaten with a mixer until foam appears. Do not stop whipping eggs, pour sugar in a thin trickle and whisk for another 5 minutes until a light, lush mass appears. Beat, pour a thin trickle of sour milk and mix until a uniform consistency.
  3. Gradually add the sifted flour with vanillin and salt to the milk mixture, add crushed fruit or berries, and mix a homogeneous dough with a whisk or a shovel. Soda to extinguish a few drops of vinegar, add to the dough and mix quickly. Pour everything into a baking dish and send it to a preheated oven.
  4. Bake a cupcake on sour milk until light brown for about half an hour. Remove the form and cover it with a light towel for 10-15 minutes. Remove the towel, take out the cake on the dish and serve it to the table, decorating to your taste. Have a nice tea!
