  • 2 kg of cucumber
  • 120-130 ml of vegetable oil
  • 120-130 ml of vinegar 9 %
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 1,5 tbsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. mustard powder
  • half-st.l. black ground pepper

Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Wash cucumbers thoroughly and, if necessary, clean not with a rough brush or sponge.
  2. Prepared in this way cucumbers cut into large circles or small blocks, as in the photo. Pour the cucumbers into a large bowl or basin. In a separate container (a small bowl) mix the mustard powder with vegetable oil, vinegar, salt, sugar and black ground pepper until it is almost uniform. Pour the cucumbers with mustard dressing and mix, shake several times. Cover the bowl with a lid, crush it and send it to the refrigerator for 3 hours.
  3. Tightly cake cucumbers in clean jars, pour them with mustard marinade. The bottom of a large pot is covered with a thick towel (folded in half) and put the jars with cucumbers. Pour into the saucepan the water at room temperature so that it reaches the shoulders of the cans.
  4. Put the saucepan on medium heat and bring the water to a boil. After boiling, reduce the heat, cover the jars with lids and sterilize for about 15 minutes with a slight boil of water.
  5. Сразу после варки вытащить по одной банки из кастрюли. Сразу же закатать банки с огурцами в горчичной заливке крышками, перевернуть вверх донышком и укутать одеялом. Оставить в таком положении на ночь до полного остывания, а затем убрать в прохладное и темное помещение к остальным заготовкам на зиму.
