  1. Sieve to lay 4 layers of gauze so that its edges go over the sides of the sieve. Hang the pouch over the pot or bowl to drain the whey and remove all in a cool dark place for 6-8 hours. You can simply fix the sieve with gauze and sour cream over a pot or bowl, cover the sour cream with a food film and also put it in the cold for the night.
  2. Unpack the gauze pouch and shift the household cream into a plastic container . Tightly cover it with a lid and put it in the refrigerator. The obtained cream-cheese can be used for the preparation of cream, desserts or snacks, sandwiches. Bon appetit!
