  • 1 large zucchini
  • 2-3 tomato
  • 150g cheese (preferably - mozzarella)
  • 50 g mayonnaise
  • 4-5 cloves
  • small green beam
  • salt, pepper to taste

Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Squash and tomatoes to wash, cut into thin slices. Wash the greens and chop. Garlic crush in garlic crock, grind with greens. Grate the cheese on the grater. In a separate container, mix greens, mayonnaise and cheese, salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oven to 180 / 200C, the pan greased. Put on a baking sheet with one layer of zucchini, salt and pepper. At the top of each zucchini circle put a circle of tomato. For a tomato, put a dessert spoon of cheese filling, smooth.
  3. Put the baking tray in the oven for 20 minutes. Take out the ready-made zucchini with tomatoes from the oven, shift to a dish and serve.
