Ingredients

  • 2 large or 3 small zucchini
  • 400 gr of ground beef
  • 1 tomato
  • 100 grams of hard cheese
  • 100 g of mayonnaise
  • 1 onion
  • 50 g of canned corn
  • hops-sunels to taste
  • salt, pepper to taste

Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Peel onion and chop finely. In a frying pan, heat a couple of spoons of vegetable oil and put onions. Fry it for 2-3 minutes until golden brown over moderate heat. Then put the mince into a frying pan and mix thoroughly.
  2. Fry forcemeat with onion over medium heat, constantly stretching the lumps with a spatula, about 10-15 minutes. Close to the end add salt, pepper and hops-suneli to taste, mix thoroughly.
  3. Wash tomato and cut into small cubes, combine with canned corn. Combine the vegetable mixture with the roast minced meat and mix. Zucchini thoroughly wash and cut along into two parts, carefully take out the seeds from both halves.
  4. Fill the zucchini with a mixture of minced meat and vegetables and put them in a mold or on a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil. Oven to warm up to 180C, grate cheese on a fine grater and mix with mayonnaise, grease with cheese mass stuffed zucchini with minced meat.
  5. Bake zucchini with minced meat in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until cooked. Remove the dish from the oven and leave to cool for a few minutes. Transfer the baked zucchini with minced meat to a dish and serve hot. Bon appetit!
