Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Eggs should be hammered into a bowl, add sugar and beat with a mixer until it is completely dissolved (2-3 minutes). Add salt, soda, vanillin and beat with a mixer until smooth. If you use a soft, pasty curd – it needs to be wiped through a sieve or kneaded carefully with a fork.
  2. Gradually pour the mixture into cottage cheese, mix well with a mixer. Apples should be washed, peeled and peeled, rubed with flesh on a large grater, folded into a sieve and squeezed from excess juice (can be dried with napkins).
  3. Add grated apples to cottage cheese, mixer at low speed. Gradually add all the flour, carefully kneading after each spoon. Pour 40-50 ml of vegetable oil into the frying pan and warm it up on high heat.
  4. Put a few pancakes from the apple dough with the cottage cheese (to collect and spread the dough with a spoon) on the heated frying pan and reduce the fire to an average or weak. Fry the cottage cheese pancakes with apples to ruddy on both sides on a small fire. Transfer them to a dish and serve hot, especially tasty with honey and ground cinnamon. Bon appetit!
