Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Melt butter in a water bath or in a microwave, without boiling. Remove the container from the water bath and cool to room temperature. Sift the flour through a sieve together with soda and stir.
  2. In a bowl, mix white with brown sugar and vanillin, pour melted butter and whisk. Add raw egg, yolk and mix again with whisk until complete homogeneity. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mass and knead a homogeneous, soft dough.
  3. Add the sweeties to the short pastry and carefully knead them. Heat the oven to 160 / 180C, cover the pan with parchment paper. divide the dough into 25 equal-sized pieces, roll the balls out of them. Break each ball in half and fold the halves on top of each other, lay them in pairs on a baking sheet and send them to a preheated oven. Bake the cookies with Msm’s until they are brown about 12 minutes. Remove the baking tray and leave it until completely cooled. Serve ready-made cookies with a dessert with milk or tea. Bon Appetit!
