Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 100 grams of honey
  • 4 tbsp. wheat bran
  • 3-4 tbsp. flour
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 2 tbsp. sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp. pumpkin seeds (optional)
  • 1 tbsp. sesame

Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Combine oil and honey in a small container and melt in a water bath, stirring. Fry all the seeds in a dry frying pan. Squirrels are separated from yolks and beaten with a mixer until elastic mass (but not until the foam).
  2. Pour the honey mass into the protein and whip until smooth. Add flour, bran and mix with a spoon. Heat the oven to 170 / 180C, cover the pan with parchment paper. The dough is evenly distributed on a baking tray (you can bake the biscuits from bran in two sets to make it thinner).
  3. Whisk the yolks until smooth and smear them with the dough sheet. Sprinkle evenly fried seeds and lighten them. When the bran biscuit blushes (after about 15 minutes), take the baking sheet out of the oven and cut the layer into small squares.
  4. Transfer the biscuits to a dish and serve them for tea. Bon appetit!
