  • 1 medium chicken (weighing about 1.5 kg)
  • 340 g of corn corn
  • 1-2 carrots
  • 1 large onion
  • 100 g celery root
  • 2 eggs
  • a few sprigs of dill and parsley
  • 1 tsp. curry
  • a few peas of black pepper
  • salt, pepper to taste

Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Carrots should be cleaned and cut lengthways into two parts. Onion is washed and also cut into two pieces. Wash the chicken, cut into several pieces and put into a saucepan. Pour 2.5 liters of water and put on fire. When the broth boils, remove the foam, add onions, carrots, a few peppercorns and cook for 45-50 minutes on moderate heat.
  2. Broth the broth, pour the vegetables and pepper. Remove the meat from the bones and cut into small pieces. Return to broth, add corn (along with the liquid in which it was) and bring to a boil. Beat eggs to a homogeneous consistency. Dill and parsley to rinse and finely chop. When the soup is boiling, salt it to taste, pepper, add curry, greens and let it pour for half a minute. Remove from heat, gently insert eggs into the soup, stirring constantly. Cover the pan with a lid and let it brew for 10 minutes. Spread chicken soup on plates and serve, decorating to your taste.
