  1. Eggs should be hammered into a bowl and left for 10 minutes at room temperature. Flour sift through a sieve in a separate bowl, peel the bananas and cut into circles about 3-5 mm thick. Heat the oven to 180 ° C, grease the baking dish with a piece of butter.
  2. Then start whipping the eggs with a mixer, pouring sugar in a thin trickle. Whisk the egg mass for about 5 minutes at high speed until the increase is 2-3 times. Add vanillin, mix the sifted flour and mix the dough.
  3. Pour half the dough into a uniform and distribute it evenly on the bottom, lay out the pieces of bananas and evenly fill the filling with the remaining dough. Send the form to a preheated oven.
  4. A charlotte with bananas will be ready in about 40 minutes. Remove the mold from the oven and gently grease the surface of the pie with sour cream, leave it to cool for 10 minutes. Cut the banana charlotte into small pieces and serve it to the table. Have a nice tea!
