  • 350-400 gr of flour
  • 220 g of sour cream 20%
  • 1 egg
  • 50 g of butter or margarine
  • 1,5 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. soda without a slide
  • 1/3 tsp salts

Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Butter or margarine melt in a water bath and cool to room temperature. Egg in a bowl, add the sour cream and beat it with a fork until smooth.
  2. Pour the melted butter into the sour mixture and beat again. Flour sift through a sieve with salt and soda in a separate bowl, stir. Mix the dry mixture with sour cream and knead the soft dough. If the dough clings strongly at the hands, you can add a little flour.
  3. Wrap the dough with food film and leave it for half an hour in the fridge. After the specified time, divide the dough into equal pieces by the number of lozenges. Each piece roll out on the flour-poured surface in a layer about 0.5 cm thick. Fry the frying pan with vegetable oil and put it on the fire.
  4. Put the rolled flat cake in the frying pan with hot oil and fry it over medium heat until redness on both sides. You can serve ready-made tortillas on methane in warm and cooled form. Bon appetit!
