Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Margarine cut into small pieces and leave for half an hour at room temperature. In the meantime, try and rinse the cowberry, let the water drain completely. Mix the berries in a small bowl with 150 grams of sugar. Sift the flour through a sieve with a baking powder and salt into a separate bowl, stir it. Mix margarine with a mixer, add about 200 grams of sugar gradually and mix about 5-6 minutes until it dissolves completely. Drive raw eggs to the oil cream, whisk after each time. Spoon the sour cream and mix with a mixer at high speed until smooth.
  2. Mix the floury mixture with a shovel. The form for baking large diameter should be greased with margarine or butter and sprinkled with flour. Wash the apples, remove the core and cut the flesh with thin blocks. Dough evenly spread on the bottom of the mold, cover it apples and berries with sugar. Egg to drive into a bowl, add the remaining sugar with sour cream, pour in the starch and stir whisk until smooth. Cover the apple-cranberry pie with sour cream and send it to the oven preheated to 180 C.
  3. Bake a pie with apples and cranberries at this temperature for half an hour. Remove the form, cover with a light towel and leave for at least 15-20 minutes. Have a nice tea!
