Recipe for cooking at home

  1. The egg should be shaken in a bowl with a fork or a whisk with half the condensed milk. Add a third of the flour and stir with a whisk or fork until smooth. Then extinguish the soda, quickly add it to the dough and leave for a couple of minutes.
  2. Gradually add another third of the flour (ie half of the remaining amount). Pour the remaining condensed milk, mix and pour the remaining flour. Knead with your hands a smooth and doughy dough.
  3. divide it into 8 equal-sized parts, roll out each ball.
  4. Each ball is alternately rolled out into a thin circle on the flour-padded surface to a diameter of 28-30 cm.
  5. Carefully transfer the rolled out dough circle to a hot pan (dry, without oil) with both hands and brown on both sides on average or stronger than medium heat. For each cake, it can take from 1 to 2 minutes to fry.
  6. So prepare all the cakes in the frying pan for the cake.
  7. Put them aside and allow to cool. Cut the biscuits in the form for baking or a large plate, cut off all excess with a sharp knife and grind with a rolling pin or blender until a large crumb. At this time, take the butter out of the refrigerator and cut it into pieces. After 15-20 minutes it will become very soft and supple.
  8. When the oil swells to whip it with a mixer at high speed to splendor. Without stopping whisking it, add boiled condensed milk on a spoon and mix after each until a uniform color. Whip the cream until all the condensed milk is over. Lubricate the resulting cream with each cake from above and stack it with one another.
  9. Evenly sprinkle the cake with shredded scraps from the cakes and put into the refrigerator for a night or 8 hours for impregnation. After the specified time, cut the finished cake with condensed milk into portions and serve to the table. Have a nice tea!
