Ingredients

  • 2 chicken fillets
  • 200-300 grams of buckwheat noodles
  • 1 Bulgarian pepper
  • 100-150 g of string beans
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 50 ml of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0,5-1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • salt to taste

Wash the chicken fillet, dry with napkins and cut into small cubes with a knife. Fry the chopped meat in a small amount of vegetable oil on high heat until rudeness for 5 minutes (continuously stirring).

Transfer the chicken to a separate plate. Onions, celery stalk, peeled carrots and Bulgarian pepper cut into strips.

Fry all the vegetables, except pepper, in a frying pan from the chicken with the remaining butter. Fry about 5 minutes on medium heat, if necessary add 1-2 tablespoons. butter.

Add the sweet pepper and fry all together for another 2-3 minutes. Add chopped beans, fried chicken, sprinkle a little and pepper a little.

Pour the contents of the frying pan with about 150 ml of boiling water, bring to a boil and lower the heat. Stew chicken with vegetables for about 10-15 minutes under the lid.

In a separate container, mix the soy sauce with olive oil and lemon juice. Buckwheat noodles according to the instructions on the package in boiling salted water (about 7 minutes) and discarded in a colander. Combine the vegetables with chicken and buckwheat noodles in a pan, pour the pre-prepared sauce and mix. Preheat the noodles with meat, stirring, over medium heat for a minute and remove from heat.

When serving, sprinkle each serving with chopped greens. Bon appetit!
