Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Meat and bones washed, put in a saucepan and pour 4 liters of water. Put on the fire, bring to a boil and lower the heat so that the broth gently bubbled, and not bubbling. Periodically remove the resulting foam, fry broth.
  2. After 15 minutes, ginger is cut into several pieces and added to the broth. Rinse the onion, cut into pieces, rinse garlic (without removing the film), crush it lightly in a garlic clove, add everything to the meat.
  3. Salt to taste, cook for 2.5 hours on low heat. Chicken thighs, if desired, can be obtained in half an hour, separate the meat from the bones, return the bones to the broth, and eat the meat.
  4. When the right time passes, strain the broth through a sieve, cool, refrigerate . After a few hours, get it, remove the formed fat and discard it. Broth warm up, pour into plates, decorate with fresh herbs and serve.
