Ingredients

  • up to 6 items of l. sunflower oil
  • 4 kg of beef
  • 4 chopped white onion
  • 4 tablespoons pasta with chili
  • 8 garlic cloves, grind
  • 50g of grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon of ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 table spoon
  • 2 broth broth
  • 1.2 kg of sliced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 5x400 pinto beans

Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Heat the oil in a fire-resistant bowl. Meat lightly fry in lots, adding oil if necessary, remove from heat and set aside. Add 1 tbsp. l. oil in the frying pan, fry the onion for 7-10 minutes until golden brown. Stir chili paste, garlic, ginger, cumin, cinnamon and flour with onions and fry for a few minutes.
  2. Gradually add the broth, stirring all the time, so that it is completely mixed with the other ingredients. Add the tomatoes and oregano, season and simmer for 10 minutes. Put the beef into this mixture, mix, cover and simmer for about 1 hour and 45 minutes until cooked.
  3. Remove the lid and add the beans, mix, allow to fry for another 15 minutes. Before serving, add if necessary seasoning. Serve with garlic bread.
