Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Put the blueberry into a colander and rinse under running water, dry it. Banks and lids for preservation for the winter to sterilize by any means. Fold the washed blueberries in a saucepan and put it on a low fire.
  2. Stirring, bring the berry mass to the formation of juice and boiling. Prepare jam from blueberry for about 15 minutes with a slight boil, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove the pan from the fire, pour sugar into it and mix until it dissolves completely. Arrange the prepared jam over sterile jars and roll them with lids. Turn the jars upside down, cover with a blanket and leave in this position until the cooling is complete.
  4. The homemade jam of blueberry is stored for about 2 years in a place protected from sunlight.
