Salad of beets and carrots will charge you with vitamins and minerals, which are so lacking in the winter. The recipe requires a simple set of ingredients and a little time.

- 1 beet
- 2 medium apples (sweet and sour) 2 medium carrots
- 50 gr walnuts
- about 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 clove of garlic
Recipe for cooking at home
- Peel the nuts from the shell, chop and fry in a pan until golden brown. Pour the nuts into a separate container. Beets and carrots must be cleaned, cut into strips or grated on a large grater.
- Wash the apples carefully, cut into two parts and cleaned of seeds. Grate the flesh together with the peel on a large grater. Add to the salad nuts, season with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
- Serve the beetroot and carrot salad immediately after preparation. Bon appetit!
