  • 400 g of pork tenderloin
  • 2 onions
  • 180 g of sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2-3 tbsp. butter
  • 2-3 tablespoons pure water
  • 2 tbsp. tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • a few sprigs of greens
  • salt, pepper to taste

Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Pork tenderloin should be thoroughly washed and dried, cut into flat, wide pieces. Each piece covered with food film and beaten with a hammer. Cut the chop thin strips across the fibers.
  2. Peel onion and cut into half-rings or quarters, heat a spoonful of cream in a frying pan and two spoons of vegetable oil. Fry the onion over medium heat until golden brown for 3 minutes. Pour in the flour, stir thoroughly and fry another minute.
  3. Add sour cream, tomato paste, water and mix thoroughly. Stew sauce for Beef Stroganoff about 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally to make it a little thick. Then add salt, pepper it and add spices to taste.
  4. In a separate frying pan, heat up the remaining oil and lay out the pieces of pork. Fry the meat on high heat for about 5 minutes, stirring, add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Then transfer the contents of the frying pan into sour cream sauce and mix. Stew Beef Stroganoff in sour cream sauce for another 3-4 minutes until cooked. Arrange the prepared dish on plates, sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve with garnish. Bon Appetit!
