- 4 medium banana
- 200-250 ml of milk
- 100 gr of semolina
- 2 eggs
Recipe for cooking at home
- Eggs should be hammered into a bowl, whisk until smooth. Add semolina, stir and pour in a thin trickle of milk.
- Peel bananas and cut into circles about 0.5 cm thick. Put the mugs of bananas in a steaming sauce and pour the egg-and-milk mixture.
- Cook the banana pudding in the steamer for 40 minutes. Then let it cool completely, take it out of the mold and cut into small portions. Bon appetit!
