  • 200-250 ml of milk
  • 100 gr of semolina
  • 2 eggs

Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Eggs should be hammered into a bowl, whisk until smooth. Add semolina, stir and pour in a thin trickle of milk.
  2. Peel bananas and cut into circles about 0.5 cm thick. Put the mugs of bananas in a steaming sauce and pour the egg-and-milk mixture.
  3. Cook the banana pudding in the steamer for 40 minutes. Then let it cool completely, take it out of the mold and cut into small portions. Bon appetit!
