  • 1 tbsp. Ground coriander
  • 2 tsp. turmeric
  • 1 tsp. ground red pepper

Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Chicken legs rinse, dry and make a few small incisions in each sharp knife. In a bowl, combine the natural yogurt, add all the spices and stir. Fold in the resulting marinade chicken legs, salt and pepper to taste, mix thoroughly. Cover the bowl with a lid and send it to the refrigerator. Leave the legs in the marinade for at least half an hour (preferably leave for a few hours, occasionally stirring the contents of the bowl). After the specified time, grease the baking dish with vegetable oil and put the marinated meat on it, warm up the oven to 200 ° C. Fill the form with chicken for 25-30 minutes in a preheated oven to bake until golden brown. Remove the form and cover it with foil, leave to cool for 10-15 minutes. If desired, you can prepare the legs on the grill – fry about 10-12 minutes on each side. Serve the baked chicken legs to the table with hot, with any sauce and side dish to your taste. Bon appetit!
