  • 50 g butter
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • salt, pepper, spices to taste

Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Add the flour to the plate, wash the mushrooms and cut into small pieces. To roll mushrooms in flour from all sides. In a frying pan heat the butter and fry the breaded mushrooms until golden brown for about 10-15 minutes. Transfer mushrooms to a dish.
  2. Meanwhile, chicken meat should be rinsed, cut into small pieces and put in a separate bowl. Add soy sauce, stir and leave for 15 minutes. Periodically mix the fillet with your hands to evenly cover it with marinade.
  3. Rinse onion, chop. Bulgarian pepper is washed, peeled off and cut into small pieces / straws. In a frying pan in which fried mushrooms, fry the meat for 5 minutes on high heat. Add mushrooms, sweet pepper, onions and mix. Salt, pepper the stew to taste, add a half-tsp. sugar and spices to taste. Fry for 5 minutes over medium heat. Then sprinkle with finely chopped herbs, cover the stew with a lid and allow to stand for 5 minutes.
  4. Dispense the finished autumn stew on plates and serve.
