- 0.5 kg of any wild mushrooms
- 300-350 g of chicken fillet
- 1 sweet pepper
- several feathers of spring onion
- 50 g butter
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. flour
- salt, pepper, spices to taste
Recipe for cooking at home
- Add the flour to the plate, wash the mushrooms and cut into small pieces. To roll mushrooms in flour from all sides. In a frying pan heat the butter and fry the breaded mushrooms until golden brown for about 10-15 minutes. Transfer mushrooms to a dish.
- Meanwhile, chicken meat should be rinsed, cut into small pieces and put in a separate bowl. Add soy sauce, stir and leave for 15 minutes. Periodically mix the fillet with your hands to evenly cover it with marinade.
- Rinse onion, chop. Bulgarian pepper is washed, peeled off and cut into small pieces / straws. In a frying pan in which fried mushrooms, fry the meat for 5 minutes on high heat. Add mushrooms, sweet pepper, onions and mix. Salt, pepper the stew to taste, add a half-tsp. sugar and spices to taste. Fry for 5 minutes over medium heat. Then sprinkle with finely chopped herbs, cover the stew with a lid and allow to stand for 5 minutes.
- Dispense the finished autumn stew on plates and serve.
