Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Wash all vegetables (peel potatoes) and cut: potatoes, carrots and peppers – cubes, and tomato – in semi-circles. Bow onion through a meat grinder, and chop the garlic finely.
  2. Forcemeat, protein, onions and half of all spices (except bay leaves) should be put in one bowl and mixed thoroughly. Blind from the mass of balls, 6 of them fry in a pan in a small amount of oil. When they are ready – crush them in a homogeneous mixture, add tomatoes, fry for 1.5 minutes. Add chopped vegetables, garlic. Stir, add the second half of the spices.
  3. Add 6 cups of boiling water (or pour 2 cups of boiling water into the pan, mix and pour into a saucepan with 4 cups of boiling water). Stirring, continue to cook until half-ready vegetables, then add the stuck meatballs, and rice. Cook until the moment when the rice becomes soft and turn off the fire, and 2 minutes before that throw in the soup bay leaf.
  4. Let the soup brew for 5 minutes and serve, if desired, decorating with greens.
