Apple pie on kefir, the recipe of which is written below, it will turn out delicious and a little wet. Trying such a pie again, you will not change the recipe for any other.

- 2-3 apples
- 250 ml of kefir
- 220 g of flour < li itemprop="ingredients">200 g of sugar

- 50 g of butter
- 10 grams of vanilla sugar

Recipe for cooking at home
- Eggs, butter and yogurt take out of the refrigerator and leave in the heat for 10 minutes. Flour sift through a sieve together with soda, salt and stir. Wash the apples, peel them and cut the pulp along with the peeled woll.
- Heat the oven to 180C, bake the butter mold and sprinkle with flour. Eggs to drive into a bowl and start whipping with a mixer. Gradually pour sugar and vanilla sugar into the egg mixture without stopping it with a mixer. Beat eggs with sugar 2-3 minutes and pour in a thin trickle of yogurt.
- After another 3-4 minutes of whipping, add to the kefiric mass cut into pieces of butter and whisk for a couple of minutes until homogeneity. Mix the sifted flour with the egg-kefir mass and gently knead it until it is uniform.
- Pour half the dough into the mold, evenly distribute it on the bottom. Top the apples, pour them with the remaining dough. Sprinkle the surface of apple pie 1 tbsp. sugar and cinnamon, send it to a preheated oven.
- Bake apple pie on kefir for about 40 minutes until cooked. Then remove the form and cover it with a light towel for 15 minutes. Remove the towel, take out the cake on the dish. Cut the kefir pie with apples into slices and serve to the table. Have a nice tea!
